Every MC follows the same precise structure. Here is exactly what happens from the moment you begin to the moment your credential is awarded.
An MC is a focused, skills-based unit of learning. Think of it as a book — with 10 chapters inside. You must complete all 10 Core Competencies to earn your MC.
Each CC is not delivered through passive reading. You engage actively through 14 AI Interaction Points (AIPs) — structured conversations with an AI learning partner built into the platform.
After all 10 CCs, you take your MC Assessment — drawn from a pre-built bank of 120 questions specific to your MC. You must score 75% or more to achieve a Competent outcome.
If you do not reach 75% on your first attempt, the platform allows unlimited reattempts. Each attempt draws fresh questions from the same 120-question bank. Review your AIPs, strengthen your understanding, and try again.
There is no lock-out. There is no penalty. There is only the requirement to prove competency.

Every MC you earn is formally recorded on your MC Passport — your personal credential record on the platform. Each MC adds a verified, skills-based credential to your professional profile.
Each of the 10 Core Competencies within an MC follows this learning loop. The loop repeats until competency is proven at 75%. There is no shortcut and no skipping ahead.
The AI selects examples from contexts relevant to the Practitioner's region, industry, and role. The concept is the same. The context is personal.
Teaching materials adjust continuously to the Practitioner's actual vocabulary and sentence complexity in real time.

Each MC is a focused, skills-based unit of learning. It is not a broad subject — it targets a specific area of professional competency with precision. Every MC on ikonskills.ac is made up of 10 Core Competencies (CCs). To earn your MC, you must demonstrate competency in all 10 CCs.
A Core Competency (CC) is one specific, measurable skill within your MC. Think of it as one building block. Each CC is not delivered through passive reading or video watching. You engage with it actively through 14 AI Interaction Points (AIPs), powered by an AI learning partner built directly into the platform.
Each of the 14 AIPs within a CC is a structured conversation or task between you and the AI. These interactions are designed to:
The AI does not simply tell you if an answer is right or wrong. It engages with your thinking and pushes you toward genuine understanding. Each AIP builds on the previous one, so by the time you complete all 14 interactions within a single CC, you have worked through that competency from multiple angles.
There are 140 AI Interaction Points in total across one MC (14 AIPs × 10 CCs). This is a deep, immersive experience designed to build real professional capability.
Once you have worked through the AIPs for all 10 CCs, you are ready for your MC Assessment. The assessment is drawn from a pre-built Question Bank of 120 questions specific to your MC.
To achieve a Competent outcome, you must reach the 75% threshold. If you do not reach 75% on your first attempt, the platform allows unlimited reattempts, each time drawing from the same Question Bank. You are encouraged to review, go back to your AIPs, strengthen your understanding, and try again.
